Yes. Sessions are non-refundable but fully transferable to another date. Just get in touch as soon as you can so I can rearrange the schedule.
Not at all. Most pets don't, and that's fine. A basic understanding of sit and stay helps, but it's not required. Between treats, toys, and patience, we'll work with whatever your pet gives us. Some of the best shots come from the most chaotic subjects.
This is one of the most common things people worry about, and honestly, it's rarely as big a deal as you think. Every pet is different and I've worked with all kinds of personalities. To ease your concerns, before you book, you are welcome to give me a call or send a DM and we'll have a chat about your pet's specific needs. I'll ask a few questions, you'll feel better, and we'll figure out the best approach together.
It happens. This is a pet studio, not a gallery. I have everything on hand to clean up and we move straight on. Please don't be embarrassed, genuinely, it does not bother me one bit.
Yes, and I love a full house. Sessions include all pets in your household at no extra charge. If you're bringing five or more animals, give me a heads up before booking so we can have a chat about how to make it work.
Absolutely. Sessions are about making memories for the whole family. Just let me know when you book and we'll make sure to include some together shots.
The studio is in Bradbury NSW. Outdoor and in-home sessions are available across Sydney Metro, the Illawarra, and the Southern Highlands. If you're not sure whether I cover your area, just ask.
For outdoor sessions, I'll be in touch 24 hours before your session if rain, strong winds, or temperatures over 30 degrees are forecast. Reschedules are no problem at all, life and weather happen.
Your gallery will be ready within approximately 10 days of your session. You'll receive a private link to browse and make your selections at your own pace.
Yes. All purchased digital files are high resolution and yours to keep forever. Print them, frame them, put them on a canvas, a mug, a t-shirt. Whatever you like.
